  • At RangCanvas Art School, we maintain transparent and structured payment policies to ensure smooth administrative operations. Parents and students are requested to read and adhere to the following rules carefully.

    Course Fee Structure

    • RangCanvas Art School’s fee structure varies based on courses, art mediums, and levels.

    • Fee structures are subject to revision every academic year.

    Advance Fee Payment

    • All monthly fees are payable in advance for the upcoming month.

    • Students and parents are given a payment window from 1st to 10th of every month.

    Late Payment and Fine

    • After the 10th of every month, a late fine of ₹1 per day will be added to the monthly fee.

    • We strongly encourage parents and students to make payments within the first ten days to avoid penalties.

    Mode of Payment

    • Fees can be paid in person by cash or online via digital payment options.

    • For online payments, parents must share a payment screenshot immediately on the school’s official WhatsApp number, clearly mentioning the student’s name and roll number.

    • During the next class, the payment will be updated in the student’s Fee Card for record tracking.

    Non-Refundable Charges

    • Admission fees and monthly fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.

    • Annual examination fees, Saraswati Puja contributions, and event/activity fees are separate and not included in the regular monthly fee structure.

    Overdue and Re-enrollment Policy

    • If a student’s fee remains unpaid for two consecutive months, their enrollment will be automatically canceled.

    • To re-enroll, the student must clear all pending dues and pay a new admission fee in addition to the first month’s fees.

    • Re-enrolled students will not be eligible for any free or promotional classes previously offered.

    • Re-enrollment approval is entirely at the discretion of RangCanvas management, which will consider factors such as prior payment regularity, behavior, and overall conduct.
